INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS

Lectures:
15 minutes duration, plus 5 minutes discussion and changeover time

Posters:

1. The size of posters must not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height.

2. Title and author(s) of poster should appear at the top of the poster in bold lettering.

3. All text and illustrations should be easy to read from a distance of 2 meters.

4. Posters should be attached to the board with double-sided tape which will be supplied on-site.

5. We will try to have the posters mounted for the whole meeting so people will have enough time to read and discuss them.
