FIJI and ImageJ tips
Install FIJI and ImageJ in Linux Mint
Fiji is a distribution of ImageJ which includes many plugins.
Download package from the ImageJ website
Extract the file into a directory. In my computer, I extract the package into my /home/username/Programs directory.
Click the icon for ImageJ to start the program.
